We studied Winslow Homer's famous painting "Breezing Up" in FAME in September. Students learned all about horizon lines, perspective and seascapes. We also learned about Homer's move from oil painting into watercolors later in his life. With this in mind, the students learned several types of Water Color techniques and then created seascapes of their own.
